  After three visits, im now heading to another post office because Lalor Park were not prepared to do my passport at the time THEY gave me, only to find out the photo i had taken at Lalor Park PO is too small. Wouldnt offer me a refund despite knowing without a doubt who i was, after being there twice in the same week. Absolutely appalling service. Avoid this post office.

  Have been dealing with them through my business in the Seven Hills area for the past 6 years. A very kind and helpful family run this business. Considering their unfortunate location and having to deal with very difficult clients on daily basis, they are doing a great job. I have heard from some of the locals that they are rude etc, but if one would spend some time in thier shop and see the sort of trash that walks through the doors, you would very quickly understand why the owners are a little uptight sometimes. I have witnessed the staff of the post office abused on a number of occasions, simply because they refused someone to do something against the AutPost policy. In most cases the perpetrators are under influence of either alcohol or drugs and are from the government housing complex next door to the PO.
  Please be patient as these are good people trying to make ends meet in a rather unfriendly environment.
